"Hamilton" on CBS' "60 Minutes" (viewable online)

Charlie Rose and CBS' "60 Minutes" team produced an excellent 3-part segment on the Broadway show, taking viewers onstage, backstage, the recording studio for the original cast recording, as well as a number of other places. Kudos to Charlie and the "60 Minutes" team for this very well-done overview.

The 3-D-like use of the stage's embedded turntable and placement of actors in the balcony as historical witnesses are strokes of theater genius in this rich, relevant, resonant, street-contextualized historical hip-hop musical.
